For Active Agreements: Although a payment plan has been agreed and entered in to, as the repayment amount which is outlined in your agreement under “Your Repayments” is not being paid in full on the agreed repayment date, any amounts that are outstanding for more than 30 days or more, will be reported to the relevant Credit Reference Agencies, and will continue to be reported until your agreement is brought back up to date.
For Settled or Expired Agreements: Where the first payment of your payment plan is received within 30 days of the outstanding balance falling due, and all remaining subsequent payments are made as per the agreed payment plan, no late payment record will be reported to the relevant Credit Reference Agencies. However, should you not maintain the payment plan at any point due to non or late payment, a late payment record will be reported to the relevant Credit Reference Agencies until such time the balance is cleared, or the payment plan has been reset.
