How do I update my personal details on my Agreement?

If you wish to update your personal details, change a payment date, request a settlement figure or arrange a motorcycle collection you can self-serve using our MyBMW Finance customer portal https://myfinance.bmw.ie/en/home.html. Alternatively, please contact our customer service team on 0818 253 181, selecting option 2 where they will happily assist you with updating these details over the phone.
