On your BMW Motorrad, to optimally control audio volume during music playback or phone calls, it's recommended to set the volume control on the smartphone to maximum.
The control of the volume during the ride is then possible via the volume control of the communication system or via the Multi-Controller (for BMW Motorrad communication systems).
Note: On most smartphones, the media volume and the telephony volume can be set separately. For more detailed information, please refer to the operation manual of your smartphone.
