As a rule, the operating system of the smartphone gives priority to telephone calls. This means that applications like our BMW Motorrad Connected app are closed or moved to the background.
Unfortunately we can't influence this setting in the operating systems of smartphones – we recommend that after conducting a phone conversation while riding you stop for a moment when it's safe to do so and restart the Connected app.
